You could think that a franchise is a soulless facility, that all the beauty salons of the chain are the same, but this Nomasvello in Sigma center is the living proof thatit is not like that.
I spent four months in Cluj coming from another country where I was treated with Nomasvello’s epilation laser.
I needed to keep doing the treatment and I was lucky enough to find a salon next to my neighborhood.
I couldn’t expect to find such a caring and lovely environment!
My first approach was by email, and I was given all the relevant informations in a flawless English, which already surprised me.
I was then welcomed in person by the guy at the front office, a super smiling and friendly handsome man, speaking an outstanding English, which helped me filling in all the forms in a language I didn’t speak.
I then came back to have my treatment and I was taken care of by Dana, a charming and professional make up artist, which helped me feeling comfortable and kept sharing lots of interesting subjects and suggestions for my staying in Cluj. I never got bored a single time while talking to her, and I can assure this had never happened in the beauty salon I used to attend in my country, with 2 different estheticians!
I miss her care so much now that I got back to my place!
And finally I also underwent teeth whitening with Dana, who was as competent and professional as all the rest of the crew.
I had the best experience I could think of and I totally recommend this salon because it is not just another number in Nomasvello franchise, it really was something more, and those guys need to be rewarded for this!
